The Diarchy
In the rare circumstances when one wishes to distinguish between Czars and Czaritsas, one must simply add what dynasty that particualr Czar or Czarina hails from after their title, for example, Czar Mikhal III would be referred to as Czar Mikhail III of the House of Romanov.

While his early life was regarded with much controversy, as his uncle Naum, Velikii Kniaz of Moscovy, struggled to subversively take control of the Throne, things began to calm down as he aged, and Naum declared his lack of ongoing interest in the matter. Rurik II's entire life has been geared towards him becoming a great leader. He spent time learning the arts, took courses in public speaking, and was sent to the very best schools to study philosophies of all kinds.
