The People's Commissariat of Military Affairs, often referred to as Narkovo to avoid confusion with the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs, which also has the initials of NKVD, is headed by Vladmir of the Communist Commonwealth of Wolfengarde, this Commissariat is in charge of all sections of the military, the defense of the Proletariat and the Superstate, as well as Research and Development, among other things not made public.
There are three major sections of Narkovo, these are the Red Army (RKKA), the Soviet Navy, and the Military Air Forces (VVS), these three groups have existed since the foundation of the Superstate in the year of 157 Proletariat Domini, but have not always been given such formal recognition, while it has always been a given that the militaries of each state will cooperate with each other, only in 172 PD was this formalized, and in 197 PD, each nation's individual military was formally abolished in favor of having one centralized military force.
There is no such thing as a "disproportionate response"
The whole point to an armed conflict is to inflict upon your enemy the most damage and casualties as possible in the shortest amount of time.
Never surrender ground or advantage to an opposing army.
This is why it is called WAR.
If it were "proportional" it would be called "afternoon tea".
