Well Known Lycanthropes of Velikorossiya
Valentin Rurinov was once considered the most dangerous individual in all Velikorossiya, having lead his own clan of lycans, nearly a hundred strong, of which, was responsible for more than three hundred counts of murder, and those are just the proven ones. He was caught in PD 136 by Velikorossiyan authorities, and dropped of the grid for nearly thirty years, despite being released after ten. In PD 148, two years after his disappearence, lycanthropes were given full rights by the High Courts System of Veliky Novgorod, and the clan systems collapsed shortly after, ending the Velikorossiyan black market virtually over night. He reappeared in PD 172, under the employ of NKGB, it is suspected that he now heads the Velikorossiyan Division of the Mechanized Lycanthrope Unit.
Ninel Revolutsia Marianov is in charge of the People's Commissariat for State Security, more commonly known as NKGB, and is the only known lycanthrope to hold a major position in Velikorossiya, he is known for having a fiery personality, and has made his reputation for a lack of respect to superiors, his general disregard for the rules and regulations, as well as his undying loyalty to his people and his nation, all of this has miraculously added up to his promotion to the top of food chain, where he has an undisputed position as a People's Commissar, all others are subject to at least some degree of his authority.
